Now, there is a whole House of Mojo which consists of various companies, a private equity fund, and in-house services that offer to help international property owners with interest in Costa del Sol. We do not want to slow down our growth, so we are searching for new employees who want to be part of our development journey!

From Malaga to Estepona we are looking for 5 new real estate agents with real estate sales experience and language skills to join our growing team.
To become a Mojo Estates Agent you need to be on top of your game every single day and make sure that your own mojo is at its highest, both professionally and personally. As a Mojo Estates Agent you become part of our ´Mojo family´ which means you will be given the opportunity to evolve not only financially, but also in your life in general. Mojo Estates will offer you access to the most extensive high-end Real Estate Backoffice and modern brand building on the Costa del Sol.
What does the job entail?
As a Mojo Agent your possibilities to optimize your sales and personal profit is second to none, lets us explain how and what the Mojo Agent package include:
- HubSpot Pro is the CRM system that makes sure you never forget to follow up, deliver on time always and continuously network after a sale.
- Mojo 360° makes sure that your Clients don’t go to other agents! With over 50 free key services including Mortgage Brokering, financial simulation on ROI, we ensure that your clients will stick to you and choose Mojo as their preferred agency.

You will need to bring the following to the table:
- Have your own car, phone, computer and Internet.
- Be willing to perform in front of the camera weekly on your own.
- Be a registered Autonomo.
- And most of all be the best Mojo representative as possible in every way.
Your financial and working expectations must match ours and will easily go over + 40 hours per week. We except you to make +7.000 euro per month for your self to be the person in our organisation. The sky is the limit, it’s really up to your skills and effort.
